- How do I open an account to trade on your MT5 server?
- Two ways. Direct: register at my.exuraprime.com/register, complete KYC, fund your account (minimum deposit $10,000 USD) and you receive your login and the server name ExuraPrime-Server — typically live in under 24 hours. Institutional: as part of standard onboarding (application, KYB and beneficial-owner verification, 48–72 hours) for firms that also need FIX, a bridge or bespoke terms. Approval is subject to our eligibility criteria and Exura Prime may request additional information or documents; services are for professional and eligible counterparties only.
- Which server do I select in the terminal?
- ExuraPrime-Server. In the desktop terminal go to File → Open an Account (or Login to Trade Account), type "ExuraPrime" in the server search box and select ExuraPrime-Server. The iOS and Android links on this page pre-select it for you. The web terminal at mt5.exuraprime.com connects to it automatically.
- Can I trade on both MT5 and FIX from the same relationship?
- Yes. MT5 and FIX 4.4/5.0 are two front-ends on the same Exura Prime account relationship and the same aggregated book. Many firms start on MT5 for discretionary trading and add FIX for systematic flow as volumes grow, without re-onboarding.
- Can I run Expert Advisors and algorithmic strategies?
- Yes, Expert Advisors, custom indicators and scripts run on our server as on any MT5 platform, and you can test them in the strategy tester before going live. We ask that strategies respect the symbol specifications and the terms agreed at onboarding; if your approach is latency-sensitive, tell us during onboarding so we can advise on the best point of presence.
