1. Who this website is for

Exura Prime provides institutional liquidity and infrastructure services to professional and eligible counterparties — including brokers, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds and asset managers. This website is intended for such professional audiences. It is not directed at, and our services are not offered to, retail investors.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of this website is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. The website and our services are not directed to any person in any jurisdiction where their publication or availability would be contrary to local law or regulation.

As a company licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you may escalate it to the FSC of Mauritius through its complaints channel at complaints.fscmauritius.org.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. The courts of Mauritius shall have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
