Exura Prime is now live on MetaTrader 5

Today we are switching on our own MetaTrader 5 server. From 1 August 2026, Exura Prime clients can open the terminal they already know, select ExuraPrime-Server, and execute on the same aggregated Tier-1 pricing that our FIX and API clients use — from a Windows desktop, an iPhone or Android device, or straight from the browser.

Why MetaTrader 5, and why now

Since we received our FSC authorisation in June, the most frequent request from brokers, prop firms and asset managers onboarding with us has been the same: can we trade this from MT5?

Until now the answer was "through our bridge" — which remains the right answer for firms that run their own MetaTrader 5 server. But many of the desks we talk to do not want to operate a platform. They want to log in and trade, with the tooling their team already uses, without giving up institutional execution.

That is what our server is for. It puts a familiar front-end on the infrastructure we already run: the same aggregation layer, the same execution engine in LD4, NY4 and TY3, the same risk controls.

What is available today

One server, four ways in. Every client connects to ExuraPrime-Server, so positions, history and settings follow you across devices:

• Web terminal — open mt5.exuraprime.com in any modern browser. Nothing to install; the fastest way to evaluate our pricing and execution.
• Windows desktop — the full MetaTrader 5 terminal with advanced charting, depth of market, Expert Advisors and the strategy tester. Download for Windows.
• iOS — MetaTrader 5 for iPhone and iPad, with our server pre-selected.
• Android — MetaTrader 5 for Android, with our server pre-selected.

What you trade. The full Exura Prime instrument set is available in the terminal: 70+ FX pairs, precious metals, index CFDs, energies and crypto CFDs, priced from the same aggregated book as every other client. Symbol specifications — contract size, margin, swaps, trading hours — are published per instrument inside the platform.

How it executes. Market and pending orders, hedging and netting account types, partial fills and one-click trading, with execution from the same points of presence as our FIX clients. Expert Advisors and custom indicators run as on any MT5 server, and can be validated in the strategy tester before going live.

Who it is for

Our MetaTrader 5 server is available to professional and eligible counterparties — brokers, prop firms, hedge funds and asset managers — who onboard as Exura Prime clients and execute through us. It is not offered to retail investors, and the eligibility and jurisdiction restrictions on our Legal Information page apply in full.

If you already operate a MetaTrader 5 platform of your own, nothing changes for you: our MT5 bridge — with symbol mapping and straight-through routing to our aggregated book — remains the way to connect your server to Exura Prime, and the two paths share the same account relationship.

Getting access

MT5 access is part of standard institutional onboarding: application, KYB and beneficial-owner verification, then your login credentials and the server name. Typical time to a live account is 48–72 hours.

Existing clients receive their MT5 credentials from their account manager. New counterparties can start onboarding here.

The regulated entity behind the terminal

The account you log into is held with Exura Prime Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius as an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), licence GB26206361, company number 235905 GBC. Client funds are segregated as a condition of that licence, and the licence itself is verifiable on the FSC's online public register.

A platform does not change the nature of the product: Forex and CFDs are leveraged instruments that carry a significant risk of loss. MetaTrader 5 changes how conveniently you reach our execution — not the risk of the trades you place on it.
