A month after switching on our own MetaTrader 5 server, we are adding the other half of the MT5 story. Exura Prime is now listed as a liquidity provider in Ultency — MetaQuotes' native liquidity aggregation and matching engine for MetaTrader 5. If you operate your own MT5 server, you can select Exura Prime in the Ultency gallery and route your flow to us from inside the platform, with no third-party bridge in between.

Exura Prime listed as a liquidity provider in Ultency, MetaQuotes' native liquidity hub for MetaTrader 5

What Ultency is

Ultency is MetaQuotes' own ultra-low-latency solution for liquidity aggregation, order matching and risk management, built natively into the MetaTrader 5 platform. Instead of bolting an external bridge onto the server, a broker uses Ultency to connect to multiple liquidity providers at once, consolidate their prices and execution, and manage order routing — with instrument and session parameters configured once, in MT5, and all execution and configuration logs kept in one place.

Providers appear in a gallery with a description of each offering; MetaQuotes describes the connection as a matter of "a few clicks". Ultency is designed for brokers, not for individual traders.

Being listed there matters to us for a simple reason: it is where a growing number of MT5 brokers now go to choose their execution counterparties.

Two MT5 paths, one book

This completes a pair. Since 1 August, firms that want to trade on MetaTrader 5 without running a platform log in to our own server, ExuraPrime-Server. From today, brokers that already run their own MT5 server select Exura Prime in Ultency.

Both paths land on the same thing: Exura Prime's aggregated Tier-1 book, the same execution engine in LD4, NY4 and TY3, the same risk controls, the same regulated counterparty. Ultency is connectivity — the pricing, the fills and the counterparty are ours.

What the connection delivers

  • One provider entry, our whole book. 70+ FX pairs, precious metals, index, energy and crypto CFDs, priced from our aggregation layer and exposed to your server as a single Exura Prime provider.
  • Your Ultency controls, unchanged. Per-instrument provider selection, spread adjustments, execution parameters and Ultency's price filtering against other providers all apply to Exura Prime like any other gallery entry — and your groups route straight through to our aggregated book. We do not require a proprietary routing setup.
  • Execution where your server is. Ultency can be hosted close to the providers you use; our execution is co-located in LD4, NY4 and TY3. Tell us where your MT5 server runs and we advise on the point of presence that minimises round-trip.
  • No bridge to maintain. For Ultency users this replaces a third-party MT5 bridge. Our own production-grade MT5 bridge remains available for servers where Ultency is not in use.

The full specification, requirements and FAQ are on our Ultency page.

How to switch it on

  1. Select Exura Prime in the Ultency gallery inside your MetaTrader 5 server and initiate the connection.
  2. Complete onboarding with Exura Prime — application, KYB and beneficial-owner verification, then credentials for your production session. Typical time to live is 48–72 hours once documents are complete.
  3. Map your symbols, point your groups at Exura Prime, go live.

Existing Exura Prime clients who run their own MT5 server can add the Ultency route to their current relationship — no re-onboarding. New counterparties can start onboarding here.

Who it is for

Ultency connectivity is available to the same professional and eligible counterparties as every Exura Prime service — brokers and institutional firms that onboard as clients and execute through us. It is not offered to retail clients, and the eligibility and jurisdiction restrictions on our Legal Information page apply in full.

The regulated counterparty behind the connection

Flow routed to Exura Prime through Ultency executes with Exura Prime Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius as an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), licence GB26206361, company number 235905 GBC. Client funds are segregated as a condition of that licence, and the licence is verifiable on the FSC's online public register.

Ultency and MetaTrader 5 are products of MetaQuotes Ltd. MetaQuotes is a software development company and does not provide investment or brokerage services; our listing in Ultency is a connectivity option, not an endorsement. Forex and CFDs are leveraged instruments that carry a significant risk of loss — a better connection changes how you reach our execution, not the risk of the trades you route through it.
