Exura Prime named Best Liquidity Provider at FX Expo Medellín 2025

Exura Prime joined the second edition of FX Expo Global Medellín on October 3 and 4 2025 at the Centro de Eventos El Tesoro in El Poblado, Medellín, as Platinum Sponsor and sponsor of the Trading Arena — the conference and live-trading hall at the centre of the event. At the closing of the two-day programme, Exura Prime was named Best Liquidity Provider.

This is the first of three FX Expo stops we covered across LATAM in 2025–2026, and the recognition belongs to the institutional partners we have been onboarding across the region over the last twelve months.

Why Medellín matters

Medellín has become one of the most active trading hubs in LATAM. The first FX Expo Global Medellín ran in May 2025 and proved the demand; this October edition consolidated it. The Colombian market is producing a new generation of brokerages, proprietary trading firms and educators — many of them serving traders across the Andean region and beyond.

For a liquidity provider, this is the right room. What we showed on the Trading Arena

The Trading Arena is FX Expo's central stage — a continuous programme of live trading sessions, panels and product demos throughout the two days. Sponsoring it put Exura Prime's infrastructure side-by-side with the firms our clients actually trade against.

The demos we ran focused on three things institutional buyers in the room care about:

• Live execution from the LD4 / NY4 hubs, with latency timestamps visible to the audience.
• FIX 4.4 session-layer walkthrough, including the certification pipeline we run with new clients before production cut-over.
• The MT4 / MT5 bridge in production parity — the same configuration regional brokerages use for white-label deployments.

The point of putting infrastructure on stage is that it changes the conversation. A broker in the audience moves from "Exura looks interesting on a website" to "I have seen the round-trip on EUR/USD live, I know what their book looks like, and I can put my engineering team on a call next week."

The Best Liquidity Provider award

At the closing ceremony of the event, Exura Prime was named Best Liquidity Provider of FX Expo Medellín 2025.

We are not going to pretend awards are the point. What awards at industry events actually reflect is the read of the room: the operators, brokerages and prop firms in the building — many of them existing or prospective clients — voting with their feedback on which providers are credible.

The criteria that mattered for this award were the same ones we use internally:

• Depth and pricing quality across the actual instruments LATAM brokers route.
• Latency profile from regional points of presence into LD4 / NY4.
• Risk model transparency — clarity on how flow is routed and how rejection is handled.
• Quality of senior contact through onboarding and post-launch.

If those are the things your firm is measuring providers on, that match is intentional, not accidental.

What this means for LATAM clients
