Deposits & Withdrawals Policy

How client funds move in and out of Exura Prime accounts: accepted funding, same-name and return-to-source rules, minimum deposit, processing times, currency conversion, fees and the checks we apply before releasing funds.

Effective date: August 2026

This Deposits & Withdrawals Policy (the "Policy") describes how Exura Prime Ltd ("Exura Prime", the "Company") — authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius as an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), Licence No. GB26206361 — handles client funding and withdrawals. It forms part of the Agreement described in the Terms of Business and applies together with the AML/CTF & KYC Policy.

1. General principles

1.1. Client money is segregated. Funds received from clients are held segregated from the Company's own funds, as a condition of the Company's FSC licence, in accounts with third-party institutions selected with reasonable skill and care.

1.2. Same-name rule. Deposits are accepted only from accounts, wallets or payment methods held in the same name as the Exura Prime account holder (for corporate clients, the legal entity itself). Payments from third parties are not accepted and will be returned to source, net of any third-party costs incurred.

1.3. Return-to-source. Withdrawals are paid to the same source (account, wallet or method) from which the funds were originally deposited, in the same name, wherever that method supports payouts. Where funds were deposited through multiple methods, the Company may apportion the withdrawal across those methods. A different destination may be used only where the original method is unavailable, the client evidences ownership of the new destination, and compliance approves it.

1.4. No cash; no anonymity. The Company does not accept cash deposits, anonymous payment instruments, or payments from methods that cannot be attributed to the account holder.

2. Deposits

2.1. Available methods. The funding methods currently available to your account (and their limits, supported currencies and any third-party costs) are shown in the client portal at my.exuraprime.com. Methods vary by client type and jurisdiction.

2.2. Minimum deposit. The minimum initial deposit for direct trading accounts is USD 10,000 (or currency equivalent). Minimums for bespoke institutional arrangements are set in the applicable Service Agreement. The Company may vary published minimums by notice on its website or portal.

2.3. Crediting. Deposits are credited after the funds are received and confirmed by the Company's providers and the required verification is complete. Bank transfers are typically credited within one business day of receipt; other methods follow the timing shown in the portal. The Company may not credit funds pending completion of KYC/AML checks.

2.4. Verification before first deposit. Deposits are only accepted on accounts that have completed identity and (where applicable) corporate verification. The Company may request evidence of the source of funds or source of wealth before crediting or releasing any deposit.

3. Withdrawals

3.1. Requests. Withdrawal requests are submitted through the client portal (or, for bespoke arrangements, through the agreed operational channel) using the authentication methods designated by the Company.

3.2. Processing time. Approved withdrawal requests are processed by the Company within one (1) business day of approval. The time for funds to arrive thereafter depends on the method and intermediary institutions and is outside the Company's control. Verification queries pause this clock until resolved.

3.3. Checks before release. Before releasing funds the Company confirms that: the account is fully verified and in good standing; the request is authenticated; free margin is sufficient after the withdrawal (open positions and margin requirements are unaffected); no AML/CTF, sanctions or fraud review is outstanding; and no amounts are owed to the Company. The Company may decline, delay or reverse a withdrawal where any of these conditions is not met, where required by law or a competent authority, or where the destination cannot be verified as belonging to the client.

3.4. Open positions. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a withdrawal does not trigger margin shortfalls. The Company may reject a withdrawal that would breach margin requirements on open positions.

4. Currencies and conversion

4.1. Account base currency is USD unless otherwise agreed. Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are converted at reasonable prevailing rates determined by the Company or its providers at the time of processing; conversion costs and rate fluctuations are borne by the client.

5. Fees

5.1. The Company does not currently charge its own fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third parties — banks, payment providers, correspondent banks and networks — may impose their own charges, which are outside the Company's control and are deducted from the transferred amount. Any Company fee that may apply to a specific method or to exceptional handling is shown in the portal or fee schedule before you confirm the transaction.

6. Chargebacks and reversed payments

6.1. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal instead of using the withdrawal process is a breach of the Agreement. The Company may deduct reversed amounts, associated costs and any resulting losses from the account, close open positions to cover them, and suspend the account pending resolution.

7. Dormant balances and termination

7.1. On termination of the relationship, remaining balances are returned in accordance with this Policy after settlement of all obligations. Balances on dormant accounts remain client money and are returned upon satisfactory re-verification of the client's identity and payment credentials.

8. Compliance measures

8.1. All movements of funds are subject to the Company's AML/CTF & KYC Policy, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and source-of-funds verification. The Company may request additional information or documents at any time and may refuse, suspend or report transactions where required by law. Deposits are not accepted from, and withdrawals are not paid to, jurisdictions on the Company's restricted list (see Legal Information).
